Global output of glyphosate is predicted to grow by 5% to 800,000 tonnes in 2013. China export volume have remained 280,000～300,000 tonnes every year in the past 4 or 5 years.

The total capacity of these 5 companies reaches 350,000 tonnes and the output accounted for over 85% of total national output in 2011.

- Price Trend
Price of technical glyphosate started to go up from the 2nd quarter of 2012, and rose sharply in Q3; while entering a period of adjustment in Q4, price inflation slowed.

The current price ranges between Yuan 35,500 and 36,000/ton in some local regions, with a increasing of 40% comparing to same period  of last year.
