FarmHannong launches novel nonselective herbicide Tiafenacil in South Korea

FarmHannong, an agrochemical subsidiary company of LG Chem, has launched Terrad’or PlusⓇ(tiafenacil + glyphosate) in South Korea.

Terrad’or PlusⓇ containing FarmHannong’s novel herbicide, Terrad’orⓇ(tiafenacil) created very positive feedback from growers with significant sales in 2018, as it has fast action, a wide spectrum of weed control with excellent toxicological profile. It also demonstrated outstanding performance against glyphosate resistant weeds; Amaranth, Ragweed, Copperleaf and Dayflower.

FarmHannong is now seeking opportunities for Terrad’orⓇ in a global scale and obtained satisfying field trial results in key target markets including US, Australia, Brazil, China, and South Asian countries.
