New Zealand EPA consults on fungicide Esteem

The New Zealand Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) is calling for submissions on an application from Kaken Pharmaceutical Co for release of the fungicide Esteem, which contains the new active ingredient Polyoxin D zinc salt. The submissions have been opened until 17 July 2015.

Esteem is a horticultural fungicide formulation intended to be used to control fungal disease in apples and grapes and be applied by ground-based, low-volume spray or high-volume broadcast spray.
