Closer contains the active ingredient, sulfoxaflor, and targets sucking pests, such as Asian citrus psyllid, scale, brown citrus aphid and citrus mealybug.
Closer belongs to the Insecticide Resistance Action Committee's Group 4C.
The SC formulation involves a suspension concentrate, which provides for easy use and mixing, according to Dow representatives.
