Bayer CropScience and Hailir Pesticides and Chemicals Group executed a cooperative agreement on October 18, 2023, whereby the two parties announced the formation of a full-scale strategic partnership.
This partnership would promote resource complementarity at home and abroad via intensified cooperation in pesticide technical development, creative compound development, joint product registration, pesticide formula development, contracted production, and formulations exclusive agency.
The cooperation is expected to bring more diversified product choices to Chinese growers, facilitating China’s local innovation and Chinese agricultural modernization.
