According to the Compendium of Pesticide Common Names (CPCN), the ISO Technical Committee on Common Names for Pesticides has provisionally approved Tetrachlorantraniliprole new active ingredient common name for SYP-9080 on March, 2018.
Tetrachlorantraniliprole (SYP-9080) is a patented insecticides discovered by Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemical R&D Co., Ltd.
Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemicals R&D CO., LTD. (SSA R&D in short, originally the agrochemical research unit of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry) has around 60 years' history for agrochemical R&D, established in 1952.
