AgroPages-The patented diamide insecticides（SYP-9080）common name was provisionally approved by ISO-Agricultural news

According to the Compendium of Pesticide Common Names (CPCN), the ISO Technical Committee on Common Names for Pesticides has provisionally approved Tetrachlorantraniliprole new active ingredient common name for SYP-9080 on March, 2018.

Tetrachlorantraniliprole (SYP-9080) is a patented insecticides discovered by Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemical R&D Co., Ltd.

Shenyang Sinochem Agrochemicals R&D CO., LTD. (SSA R&D in short, originally the agrochemical research unit of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry) has around 60 years' history for agrochemical R&D, established in 1952. SSA R&D owns the only national key laboratory and research center for new pesticide creation and development.

So far SSA owns maximum successfully commercialized patented products in China, such as Flumorph, Fenaminstrobin, Pyrisoxazole, Enxastrobin, Coumoxystrobin and Pyraoxystrobin.
