Tekron is a new business unit within a corporate group that also includes Akron, Kubota, Terraplane, and Click Granos.

In its debut at Expoagro, Tekron presented the most advanced models from the DJI Agras drone line, designed to enhance productivity and precision in spraying, fertilization, seeding, and crop monitoring.

The Agras T50 stands out for its ability to spray up to 20 hectares per hour, featuring a 40-liter liquid tank and an option for solid distribution with a 50-kg tank. Its binocular vision and dual radar system enable it to detect obstacles and adapt to terrain, with tracking capabilities of up to 50 degrees, ensuring safe and precise operations. Its ultra-fast charging battery, which takes only nine minutes, provides optimal autonomy for large work areas.

The Agras T25, on the other hand, offers the same technological features in a more compact format. With a 20-liter spray tank and an optional 25kg spreading tank, this drone is lightweight, foldable, and maneuverable, making it easy to transport and use in various terrains. Its automatic lifting system enables precise operation in orchards and fields with slopes of up to 20 degrees, providing a vital solution for confined spaces.

For mapping and monitoring tasks, the 3M Mavic features an advanced multispectral vision system, which combines an RGB camera with a multispectral camera to analyze crop growth with complete clarity. This technology enables more precise input management and better decision-making in plot management. Its long-lasting battery offers up to 43 minutes of flight time, making it an indispensable tool for agronomic analyses.

Tekron also announced a complete line of accessories to complement each drone, including batteries, chargers, sprinklers, spreading tanks, generators, and RTK antennas, to facilitate fieldwork and optimize each operation.

"In addition, Tekron has developed strategic alliances with leading industry companies, such as BASF, for the implementation of the Xarvio platform on the 3M Mavic; with VIP Drones for training future pilots; and with RS Soluciones from Brazil, with its extensive line of mixing tanks," the company stated.

Tekron also claims to have the largest distribution network in Argentina, with 18 strategically located points throughout the country. "This solid structure ensures permanent stock, immediate availability of spare parts, and comprehensive after-sales service, including training, commissioning, technical assistance, and specialized support, all backed by the group's history and commitment," the company said.
