Bayer has announced a significant enhancement to its digital agronomic platform, FieldView™, through a new agreement with Kverneland Group. This collaboration will see Kverneland Group's Planters, Seeders, Fertilizer Spreaders, and Field Sprayers equipped with the ″FieldView Ready″ hardware kit, enabling seamless integration with the FieldView™ platform.

When purchasing a new ISOBUS implement from their preferred Kverneland Group dealership, farmers will have the option of adding the ″FieldView Ready″ kit to the implement configuration. This way they will get access to the required hardware to connect automatically their new Kverneland Group equipment to the FieldView™ platform and enjoy seamless data collection, analysis and reporting on their FieldView™ Plus account.

Bayer has developed FieldView™ as a dedicated platform for agronomic insights and recommendations, while Kverneland Group brings extensive expertise in precision and intelligent farming implements. The integration of Kverneland Group's equipment with FieldView™ will allow for more precise planting, seeding, fertilizing, and spraying, ultimately leading to increased efficiency and productivity on the farm. This agreement underscores Bayer's commitment to advancing digital agriculture and providing farmers with cutting-edge tools to optimize their operations.

The primary advantages for farmers stem from the digitalization of their agricultural operations, leading to improvements in farm and crop management. Additionally, other benefits include enhanced operational reliability and peace of mind when using technologically advanced solutions. The agreement will initially be rolled out with Kverneland Group implement distributors in Romania, Ukraine, and South Africa.

″We are excited about this collaboration with Kverneland Group, as it represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide farmers with innovative and digital solutions that enhance their productivity and sustainability,″ said Paul Serin-Moulin, Digital Partnership Manager at Bayer. ″The integration of FieldView™ with Kverneland’s advanced agricultural equipment will offer our users unparalleled insights and control over their farming operations.″
