Syngenta launches new digital agriculture platform Cropwise^® in Spain

Syngenta Spain has launched its innovative digital agriculture platform Cropwise^®, for farmers and their technicians. 

This new tool combines advanced digital solutions that provide farmers with a complete farm management system, sustainably optimizing the productivity and profitability of their operations. 

More than 40,000 farmers globally already use the Cropwise^® tool. It gathers data from more than 100 million hectares around the world.

Alejandro Stewart, Product Manager for Spain and Portugal, said, ″Cropwise^® is currently the best digital tool for managing farms from a single place. It allows you to connect solutions and services to optimize crop management and improve farm management.″

The digital platform is compatible with various crops and farm types in Spanish agriculture. The first four digital solutions it incorporates are:

• Protector simplifies the digitization of crop monitoring, prescriptions and tasks, plot analysis and the field notebook. 

• Operations allows you to centralize and monitor all the agricultural operations of agricultural farms.  

• Imagery is a simple satellite image analysis solution that allows farmers to monitor their crops with unprecedented accuracy.

• Seed Selector maximizes crop yield by recommending the best seed variety for each plot

The digital soil analysis services, Interra Scan^®, and the Digital Traps Syngenta already has in its portfolio of digital solutions will soon be added to the platform.
