The multinational, Yara, presented the new YaraVita NRhizo line developed for seed treatment, during the Bahia Farm Show 2023, which was exclusively covered by AgroPages.
YaraVita NRhizo was developed as a seed treatment for crops such as soybeans, beans and corn.
According to the manufacturer, the product has the potential to increase productivity and profitability by combining nutrients with seaweed extracts.
The result is increased biological nitrogen fixation by plants and improved response to stressful abiotic conditions.
A study by Yara already proved an average increase, depending on weather and soil conditions, of 3.3 bags of soybeans per hectare with the use of the solution.
Maria Eugênia Neto, Specialist in Market Development at Yara Brasil, said the event was an opportunity to present innovations that meet the main demands of farmers.
″The Brazilian rural producer has increasingly sought inputs that increase productivity, profitability and sustainability,″ she said.
According to Neto, Yara's strategy is to develop differentiated solutions with greater added value and that offer answers to all demands.
″That is why we presented the new YaraVita NRhizo at the Bahia Farm Show, a high-performance solution for the leguminous seed line,″ she said.
Another highlight during the Bahia Farm Show 2023 was the YaraBasa line, an input composed of eight nutrients in the same granule, including NPK, and was developed for the base fertilization of several crops, helping improve quality of planting.
The line recently arrived in Bahia and the other Northeastern states under a pioneering initiative by Yara via cabotage, the first operation of this type of modal that ships the finished fertilizer to one of the mixers in the region.
The YaraBela line was also part of the brand's portfolio at the event. Composed of a balanced source of nitrogen, it ensures application uniformity and resistance to climatic conditions. Analyzes carried out by Yara have proven the effects of the product's nitrate on soil pH and its lower carbon footprint during production processes.
The brand's stand also exhibited the Yara Nutritional Programs, which are SuperSoja, MaisFibra and MaisMays, developed to increase the productivity and profitability of soybean, cotton, corn, bean and wheat crops, as well as Atfarm Digital Solutions, a tool for monitoring crops and applying nitrogen fertilizers at a variable rate, and Ayra, a system that ensures precise and personalized nutritional recommendations for each farmers’ field based on soil analysis.
