Modular Production Systems – a revolutionary idea

图片1.pngThe proven modular design of NETZSCH turnkey production systems for agrochemicals is a professional concept for bundling and structuring complete and complex processes. The equipment required for the respective stage of the process is installed in a functional unit on a system segment (module) defined and designed specifically for that purpose. In accordance with the process design, the modules with the related sections are then arranged in such a way that the specified interfaces for the media transport match up. In this way, a compact turnkey production system is created. By using key features from the container design, existing and proven logistics concepts can be applied without any problems.

In our production facilities, each of the process modules is completely pre-assembled with the specified equipment. These pre-assembled functional modules are then joined together to form a complete, modular turnkey system in actual size (scale 1: 1). Next, we check all functions of the system together with our customers (FAT). Then the respective modules with all of the installed equipment are separated from one other and sent individually to our customers via standard transporters. There the single modules are quickly put into the production halls, where the modular turn-key system is assembled under NETZSCH supervision.

After a quick and easy installation and commissioning of the plant, the production will be started by a simple "Push of the Start-Buttom". A modular design of complete production plants significantly speeds up the realization of large engineering projects. Subsequent changes can also be made more easily during the implementation of a project. Assembly and complete installation of the plant can already begin during construction work at the future production site.

Another advantage of such modular production plants is that these complete turnkey plants are “mobile”. The relocation of a production site and transfer to another location can be realized with lowest effort.

With modular systems, the complete production system is broken down into functional units, which are built and installed on standard container-size modules.

Two modules are shown in the Figure below. On the left is a module for adding solids with the Ψ-MIX® inline mixing system and a BigBag feed station. The entire powder feed can also be enclosed and equipped with a fine dust extractor. The illustration on the right shows a grinding unit made up of a ZETA® agitator bead mill, a batch tank and a pump.

In Production at NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH, the complete plant is assembled, piped and installed. After finalization of the complete plant, the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is carried out by the customer.

After the system has been inspected and accepted by the customer, the individual modules are sepa-rated and packed in containers.

After the individual modules have been delivered, they are moved into the production halls as complete modules.
 
The floor of a building on which the production plant is to be installed is irrelevant.
