Wynca completed acquisition of NingXia Sanxi’s 75% stake

Ningxia Sanxi Chemical is the largest pesticides manufacturer in the Northwest of China and the largest phosgene production base in Asia. The company’s main products are fungicide, herbicide, insecticide, pharmaceutical intermediate, customizing chemical and phosgene producing series. It possesses capacity of 10,000 T/A of glyphosate tech, 10,000 T/A of carbendazim, and 3,000 T/A of diuron tech. The deal will help both companies expand their agrochemical business, Wynca notes.
