Wynca completed acquisition of NingXia Sanxi’s 75% stake

Chinese leading agrochemical company Wynca has confirmed today that it has acquired 75% stake in NingXia Sanxi Chemical for approximate 80 million Yuan, reports Agropages.

 Ningxia Sanxi Chemical is the largest pesticides manufacturer in the Northwest of China and the largest phosgene production base in Asia. The company’s main products are fungicide, herbicide, insecticide, pharmaceutical intermediate, customizing chemical and phosgene producing series. It possesses capacity of 10,000 T/A of glyphosate tech, 10,000 T/A of carbendazim, and 3,000 T/A of diuron tech. The deal will help both companies expand their agrochemical business, Wynca notes.
