The Chinese pesticide firm Lierchem announce on Monday it plans to acquired a 51% ownership stack in Kuaida agrochem, another agrochemical producer in Jiangsu, for RMB 170M (¥2.6404 per share), reports Agropages.
As the largest supplier of chloropyridines in China, Lierchem is one of the fewer agrochemical companies mastered the crucial technology in the world. Kuaida agrochem is an agrochemical company located in Rudong (Jiangsu Province), with a product portfolio of 20 ais and 50 formulators. The acquisition of the Kuaida agrochem by Lierchem will bring Lierchem a revenue of RMB 1B per year and make Lierchem a sweeping company in China.
