Bacillus AR156 now available for root-knot nematode in China

As substitute of the high-toxic pesticide －Bacillus AR156 was developed under the research collaboration between NAU( Nanjing agricultural university) and the Zhongkai Agrochemical Company on March 18th, reports Agropages. Bacillus AR 156 is a biological nematicide for the control or suppression on root-knot nematode in cucumber, towel gourd and potatoes, as well as the treatment on bacterial wilt, soil-borne diseases and soil compaction. By resulting in greater yield and lower use rate, AR156 makes it an excellent return on growers’ investment. In addition its environment friendliness helps growers to meet “clean” food standards.
