The ISO Technical Committee on Common Names for Pesticides has provisionally approved four new active ingredient common names in April 2016, according to the Compendium of Pesticide Common Names (CPCN).
Florpyrauxifen, a picolinic acid herbicide from Dow AgroSciences, development codes XDE-848 and XR-848. It will be sold as an ester, florpyrauxifen-benzyl, trademark Rinskor.
Ipfentrifluconazole is a conazole fungicide; Mefentrifluconazole, a conazole fungicide, trademark Revysol. Both of them are from BASF.
Quinofumelin,a quinoline fungicide from Mitsui Chemicals Agro. Development code ARK-3010.
