Rotam CropSciences, an international crop protection solutions provider with operations in over 60 countries around the world, has moved its headquarters in Hong Kong to bigger premises, to accommodate its rapid growth.
The company's level of acceleration in the proprietary post patent market was recognised in the 2013 Phillips McDougall list, which cited Rotam's average annual growth rate at 27% over the past five years; and named the company as the leading international crop protection company on the basis of average agrochemical sales growth.
Celebrating the grand opening of the new corporate office, that is set out over two floors, and totals over 15,000 square feet, Annie Yang, Rotam's Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, says that the new working environment has been designed to be energetic and reflect Rotam's core values.
"It better accommodates the needs of our growing number of staff, which ultimately helps in delivering our service to shareholders, customers and other stakeholders," she says.
"People are the DNA of Rotam," adds the firm's Chief Executive Officer James Bristow. "We hope that the new office will inspire our staff with the passion and entrepreneurial spirit that has been key to the company's success to date."
