AgroPages-Andermatt Biocontrol acquired 24.9% shares of ABiTEP-Agricultural news

The biopesticide company Andermatt Biocontrol has acquired 24.9% of the shares of ABiTEP GmbH. ABiTEP, based in Berlin, Germany, is specialized in the production of natural microbial products (soil borne bacteria) for the use in agriculture and horticulture.

This share enables Andermatt Biocontrol to widen its portfolio of biocontrol products as well as to enter into new markets, the company said.
