According to Article 44 of the Pesticide Administration Regulations issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, pesticides produced without obtaining a pesticide registration certificate are considered to be counterfeit pesticides. Any procurement of tebuthiuron 20%G produced by non Jiangxi Hetian Technology Co., Ltd from China for export, especially to markets such as Australia，South Africa will be deemed illegal and the products will be counterfeit pesticides.
