Xingfa Group’s Hubei subsidiary planning newbuild of an annual 50,000-ton 2,4-D project

ChinaA few days ago, Hubei Xingchen Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of China’s Xingfa Group, made public its launch of an annual 50,000-ton 2,4-D project.
The project is planned on the land newly acquired by Hubei Xingchen Technology Co., Ltd within Yidu Chemical Industry Park, Yidu City. The project contents include the installation of 2,4-D equipment with an annual output of 50,000 tons, the supporting utility work, auxiliary, environmental facilities, and as risk prevention measures.
2,4-D is a derivative of a phenolic compound, being a phenoxyacetic acid herbicide. It is also an artificial auximone mainly used for the control of broadleaf weeds while being used at low concentrations for fruit and vegetable preservation. It is widely applicable due to its low amount of use and low cost of use.
As a subsidiary of Xingfa Group, Hubei Xingchen Technology Co., Ltd was founded on March 11, 2022, registered at No. 66, Xingyi Blvd, Zhicheng Town, Yidu City, specializing in pesticide retailing and pesticide production.
