Mitsui Chemicals Appoints New President & CEO

Mitsui Chemicals appointed Osamu Hashimoto as new President & CEO, effective April 1, 2020. Tsutomu Tannowa, current President & CEO, was appointed as Chairman of the Board effective April 1, 2020.
Osamu Hashimoto got Bachelor’s Degree, Faculty of Law from Hokkaido University in 1987. He joined Mitsui Chemicals, Inc at the same year. From then until now, he has been working in Mitsui Chemicals over 30 years in different positions.
