AgroPages-Red Sun, Sino-Agri cooperate in joint venture to supply green pesticides in international market-Agricultural news

On 18th December, the Chinese company, Nanjing Red Sun, announced that its Board of Directors has approved the creation of Sino-Agri Red Sun (Nanjing) Biotech Ltd., which was launched jointly by Red Sun using its own funds, Sino-Agri Leading Biosciences Ltd. and the management team headed by Zhang Aijuan.

With the growing global demand for green pesticides, a strong alliance was made between Red Sun and Sino-Agri, with the aim of fully utilizing Red Sun's high-tech product and marketing advantages and Sino-Agri’s policy and distribution advantages, consolidating their resources to establish a Chinese “combined fleet” sailing towards the international pesticide market to meet global demand.

By consolidating their resources and complementing their advantages, both parties are prepared to work together to create an international high-tech green agricultural platform that focuses on the cross-border supply of green pesticides. This initiative will also ensure the competitiveness of China’s international green agricultural company, covering green pesticide production, supply, marketing, research and development, industrialization and trade, to serve global agriculture.
