Caussade Semences Group and Euralis Semences announce to start discussions with a view to a possible merger of the two companies

July 12, the boards of Caussade Semences Group and Euralis Semences authorised the start of discussions with a view to a possible merger of the two companies.
The new entity would significantly strengthen the position of the two brands on the European markets by offering a wider range of products and varieties recognised by farmers and distributors.

Caussade Semences Group, an international multi-species seed group, selects, produces and markets its own field seeds: corn, sunflower, rapeseed, straw cereals, soybeans, forage crops, protein crops and plant cover crops. Euralis Semences is the seed division of the French cooperative group Euralis.
