Jiangshan Agrochemicals to launch two subsidiaries at spending of Yuan300 million

ChinaAccording to the announcement, Nantong Jiangshan New Energy Science and Technology Ltd, with registered capital of Yuan100 million, is registered at No. 1008, Jiangshan Road, Nantong Economic and Technical Development Zone. Its scope of business covers production and sale of electric power, steam and auxiliaries inclusive of industrial water, distilled water and demineralized water.
Nantong Jiangshan Crop Science, with registered capital of Yuan200 million, is registered at No. 998, Jiangshan Road, Nantong Economic and Technical Development Zone. Its scope of business covers production, processing and sale of crop protection products (pesticide technical and formulations), intermediates, organic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, polymeric materials, fire retardant and auxiliaries.
Jiangshan Agrochemicals says that the establishment of the two subsidiaries is of great benefit to the company’s continued optimization of organizational structure and product portfolio, high-efficient consolidation of resources, further extension of business chain, increase of product’s added value and profitability, facilitation of industrial transformation and expansion of industry development to get adapted to future development needs towards brighter prospects.
