AgroPages-Harworld Biology launches China’s largest fluid fertilizer production line, annual capacity reaches 300,000 tons-Agricultural news

On May 28, Harworld Biology held a production launch ceremony at its Nanning head office to inaugurate the production of its annual 300,000-ton fluid fertilizer project. With the new launch, the fluid fertilizer capacity of the company increased 10 times. The new automatic control system allows for an industrial control precision being achieved with regard to temperature, humidity, pH value and reaction speed, which gives products a more stable quality.

It is said that the production line involved an investment of yuan18 million and the volume of a single storage tank is increased from 1,000L to 20,000L, 20 times the storage capacity of the previous tank.

The new production line has various functions such as dispersion, emulsification, shearing, polymerization and chelation, which can meet the production requirements of various premium fluid soluble fertilizers. The new production line encompasses an automatic control system, which can control feeding accuracy, temperature fluctuation and product fineness, having been proved to reach a chemical standard, which is of a higher quality than other industry players. After the new production line is put into operation, the production capacity is increased 10 times. According to the design, the capacity will be brought up to 300,000 tons per year.
