AgroPages-Jiangsu Huifeng release IPO prospectuses-Agricultural news

Jiangsu huifeng Agrochemcial released prospectuses detailing the stock lising plan today, reports Shanghai Securities News.

huifeng Agrochemical is a pesticide manufacture based in Dafeng city, Jiangsu provine, with 100 thousand production capacity for technical and formulated products,including Prochloraz, 2,4-D.

The company will use funds raised from the IPO to invest in six projects which involve production expansion, the creation of a marketing network, and a research center. The total investment for the six projects is estimated at 636.42 million yuan.
