Q: Could you please briefly explain the philosophy in establishing of Bioneeds?

Our journey of Bioneeds started in the year 2006 for animal supply and today Bioneeds has metamorphosed into a full-fledged scientifically driven leading CRO with Total Commitment to Quality deliverables with Global compliance. I strongly believe that ‘Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can be achieved.’

Bioneeds is in the forefront of R & D and supports development, data generation and registration requirements of Agrochemical products for our collaborators and partners worldwide. Growing from a 6 room in vivo facility to US-FDA audited 85 room vivarium conforming to international standards - the largest in the country, Bioneeds has carved a name to reckon with. The core philosophy of the company has been to establish a ‘One Stop Solution’ for Integrated Discovery, Development and Regulatory services for Agrochemicals, Industrial chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and other allied industries.

With rich historical data we have the expertise to perform long-term chronic and sub-chronic toxicological studies in rodents,non-rodents and some livestock.

With expertise in Complete Regulatory Data package support for Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides, Biopesticides and Plant growth regulators, we are the First choice of preference for Crop Protection industry. Bioneeds has been the pioneer in validating in vitro assay offerings from India which is one of the key requirements for EU REACH registrations.

By generating several patents for novel and cost reduction process development & scale up for crop protection products we have played a crucial role in “Value Creation” for our clients.

Q: How you see the development tendency of agrochemical business, how your services help clients cope with change of the market?

The global market for agrochemicals is projected to reach USD 250.5 billion by 2020, at a CAGR of 3.2% from 2015 to 2020. Several new types of chemical pesticides, biopesticides and plant protection products have been drawn under the regulatory framework and the market has expanded rapidly. Bioneeds is market ready and has equipped itself to support handling of new regimen of products.

Being in constant sync with the changes in the regulatory environment, we proactively upgrade our infrastructure, internal processes, SOPs and train our scientific team to incorporate latest changes or methodologies into the conduct of studies. Our objective is to enhance our footprint in China with Quality service backed by efficient client support to bask in several more manufacturers for long term collaborations for multiple products. Our mission is also to explore synthetic chemistry related opportunities in order to support IP creation for our Chinese clients.
