Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical to tackle illegal Cyhalothrin in China

ChinaJiangsu Yangnong Chemical, a listed agrochemical company in China, is to take legal action against any company or individual found to be illegally manufacturing, selling or importing unregistered versions of the pyrethroid insecticides, Cyhalothrin in China. The announcement, issued by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture’s Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, follows the discovery of unregistered spreading in the Chinese market. Jiangsu yangnong chemical is the only company to have registered Cyhalothrin in China. The 2009 registration of Cyhalothrin (90%) is valid until 2010.
