Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC., announced an agreement with Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc to purchase Clodinafop, one of the best Group 1 herbicides available today. Under this agreement, Syngenta Crop Protection will supply Clodinafop 60EC, the formulation in Syngenta Discover® NG herbicide, to be marketed by Arysta LifeScience as NextStep™ NG.

NextStep™ NG will give Arysta LifeScience a premium quality Group 1 herbicide providing an additional tool for the USA wheat grower. In combination with a series of new product introductions slated for 2011 that include RAZE™ and EVEREST® 2.0, Arysta LifeScience will provide a well-rounded portfolio. Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC., also announces today an agreement with Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc to supply the Arysta LifeScience Flucarbazone herbicide to Syngenta Crop Protection.

Syngenta will market Flucarbazone, the high performance active ingredient in EVEREST® herbicide, with the launch of both Sierra™ and Pace™.
