Nichino America Signs Fungicide Supply Agreement with PBI-Gordon Corporation

Nichino America, Inc. and PBI-Gordon Corporation have announced a supply agreement for PBI to market and sell Pedigree™, a fungicide for use in the turf and lawncare markets.
The active ingredient in Pedigree, flutolanil, provides excellent protection against brown patch, fairy ring, and leaf and sheath spot on golf courses, residential and commercial properties, and sports fields. In addition, Pedigree is effective on many other diseases including large patch, red thread, pink patch, yellow patch, southern blight, and gray snow mold.
“We are excited to enter a new partnership with PBI-Gordon,” says Jeffrey Johnson, President of Nichino America. “This agreement allows Nichino America to continue its focus on the agricultural crop protection business while maximizing turf uses of flutolanil through partnership with PBI-Gordon,” adds Johnson.
