AgroPages-Flufenoxuron intermediate synthesis of Jiangsu Flagchem patented-Agricultural news

Chinese agrochemical company Jiangsu Flagchem has recently received an invention patent issued by the China State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), which covers the synthesis of flufenoxuron intermediate 2-Fluoro-4-【2-Chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxyl】aniline. The synthetic method enables a high overall yield, high product yield and low cost of production.

2-Fluoro-4-【2-Chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxyl】aniline is a key intermediate of flufenoxuron, which is an insect growth regulator.
