Arysta LifeScience’s new solution Evito T Mix (48% fluoxastrobin + 43% tebuconazole) was launched in Argentina. It is a green band fungicide with preventive and curative action for brown rust, yellow leaf spot and septoria. The product inhibits not only spore germination, but also the growth of mycelium, offering a long-lasting protection.

One of its main advantages, in addition to the wide spectrum control, is that its xylem pro-technology gives instantaneous protection through rapid penetration and distribution over the plant.

Another benefit of Evito T Mix is that it delays maturation, keeping the leaves green for longer time because of its effects on the plant health. It also has direct impact on the period of grain filling and on yield increase.

It has excellent resistance to rain due to rapid penetration on the leaves, and it also can be used on other crops such as corn and soybean. In case of biotic and abiotic stress, such as hail or high temperatures, it can be applied with Biotron Plus, which contains vegetable extracts combined with micro and macro nutrients, as a biostimulant.

The Arysta experience demonstrates that combining protection with biosolutions generates synergies that improve crop productivity, such as in the case of Evito T Mix with Biotrón Plus, where, at the same time, diseases and counteracts of stress are controlled. These benefits are presented by the Pronutiva crop programs of Arysta LifeScience.

In recent times, several wheat regions were affected by foliar diseases, owing to moisture and higher than average temperatures, besides the low genetic variability of the crops planted and the increase in pathogen aggressiveness. The foliar diseases trigger yield loss; for this reason, it is important to conduct periodical and systematic monitoring to avoid drastic effects on the potential yields.
