AgroPages-Canada approves Bio-Ferm’s biofungicide Botector-Agricultural news

Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) is granting full registration for the sale and use of Aureobasidium pullulans DSM 14940, Aureobasidium pullulans DSM 14941 and Botector containing the technical grade active ingredients Aureobasidium pullulans strain DSM 14940 and strain DSM 14941 of Austrian company Bio-Ferm, to suppress anthracnose fruit rot and phomopsis leaf blight on certain berries as well as botrytis grey mould on some berries, fruiting vegetables, leafy vegetables and ornamentals grown in field and in greenhouses or protected environments.
