Limin Chemical will present its most recent product research, the progress in registration efforts as well as the current state in the GLP report preparation process at its booth 1F20-1G20 at the
CAC 2017 from March 1-3, 2017.
Limin is a large Chinese pesticide enterprise, specializing in research, production and marketing of agricultural fungicides, including mancozeb, chlorothalonil, cymoxanil, propineb, pyrimethanil, fosetyl-Al and difenoconazole. Its trade footprint covers almost 70 countries and regions across the globe.
Limin has the largest mancozeb production output in China, with its first-class quality product in the world covering 50 percent of the market share. Mancozeb is supplied to certain multinationals and other customers in the international market. The company’s overseas subsidiaries in Tanzania and Kampuchea have achieved good sales after the pesticide was registered there.
Last year, Limin made strong efforts for product registration and product GLP data acquisition. According to those in charge at Limin, the company has so far registered cyprodinil 95% TC, thiacloprid 95% TC and thiacloprid 40% SC in China.
A full set of mancozeb technical GLP data is expected to be acquired in 6 months while that for pyraclostrobin, mesotrione, thiacloprid and propineb will be acquired in 2 years. It will then be made available to partners worldwide to support registrations globally.
As for new capacity development, Limin’s 5,000-ton propineb and the 20,000-ton metham projects have been commissioned. Production will reach the expected level in a phased manner.
