AgroPages-Noposion buys shares of distributor of agricultural means of production in Hainan Province-Agricultural news

By Think Real - On 23 Dec., 2016, Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co., Ltd. (Noposion, the largest pesticide formulation enterprise in the domestic market) reached a formal strategic cooperation deal with Hainan Nuozenong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (Nuozenong, a distributor of agricultural means of production). The former will buy shares of the latter. The signing ceremony was attended by around well-known enterprises at home and abroad including Hainan Agricultural Means of Production Group Co., Ltd. and DuPont.

Established in Jan. 2015 with the registered capital of USD2.5 million, Nuozenong mainly provides products of agricultural means of production, technology service, soil inspection and improvement service and finance service for agricultural producers. Its annual sales exceeds USD8.6 million.
