AgroPages-Zhejiang Wynca loses USD1.9 million in Q1-Q3 2016-Agricultural news

By Think Real - In the first three quarters of 2016, the revenue of Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Wynca) was USD737.2 million, down by 12.7% year on year. It suffered a net loss of USD1.9 million.

As shown in the company’s third quarter report, since Sept. 2016, the prices of its main products, glyphosate and organic silicone, have been rising due to market changes. Meanwhile, it provided some safeguard for the growth in its profit by actively giving play to its technology research and development advantage to reduce energy consumption. Zhejiang Wynca predicts that its accumulative net profit in the whole year of 2016 will be positive, turning loss into gain over last year.
