AgroPages-Jiangsu Huifeng: revenue up by 40.4% YoY in Q1-Q3 2016-Agricultural news

By Think Real - In Q1-3 2016, Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Huifeng) made a revenue of USD503.3 million, up by 40.4% YoY, and net profit of USD20.7 million, up by 1.8% YoY. Specifically in Q3, the revenue was USD217.3 million, up by 64.5% YoY and net profit USD5.3 million, up by 39.2% YoY.

The rise in revenue can be mainly attributed to the enlarged market exploitation, according to Jiangsu Huifeng. The company expected full-year net profit to rise by 0-20% to USD25.5-30.7 million, mainly because:

1. Jiangsu Huifeng has established tight partnership with surrounding industrial parks regarding supply chain, and has rapidly developed its storage business, which are new sources of profits

2. Sales of Nongyi.net has increased rapidly, and input has decreased

3. Sales of 3 subsidiaries will help reduce negative impact on company’s financial performance
