Agrinos expands partnership with Zuari Agri Sciences in India

IndiaAgrinos, a biological crop input provider committed to improving the productivity and sustainability of agriculture worldwide, is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Indian fertilizer, seed and crop care product provider Zuari Agri Sciences Ltd.
Zuari Agri Sciences is expanding its portfolio of products that feature Agrinos’ unique and proprietary High Yield Technology (HYT®) platform. Zuari will market Chemfree® Roots, which is powered by Agrinos’ microbial HYT A technology, to Indian farmers beginning October 2016. Widely recognized as a leader in the Indian agricultural market, Zuari works with 6,000 distributors and dealers serving 23 million farmers whose crops include wheat, rice, cotton, soybeans, sugarcane, fruits and vegetables.
“Partnerships with leading agricultural providers like Zuari are invaluable as we continue to make Agrinos biological crop input solutions broadly available to farmers in India and other geographies worldwide,” said Indranil Das, Vice President for Agrinos India & Asia. “As Indian growers experience the benefits of our microbial HYT A technology firsthand, we expect more and more farmers to capture the value of Chemfree Roots.”
Agrinos’ microbial products deliver soil-applied proprietary solutions that promote highly productive microbial systems in the soil to support plant heath, quality and yield and improve fertilizer efficiency to create an enhanced crop nutritional environment.

Zuari Agri Sciences Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd., is engaged in the production and trading of hybrid and high-yielding seeds and crop care products. In 2015, Zuari introduced Chemfree, which is powered by Arginos’ HYT B biostimulant product platform.
