AgroPages-CPCIA starts identification of environmentally-friendly EC products-Agricultural news

By Think Real - On 29 Aug., 2016, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIA) published a notice saying that to actively promote the green development of the petroleum and chemical industry and guide the use of green and environmentally-friendly solvents for pesticides, it decided to start the identification of environmentally-friendly EC products. Enterprises conforming to the conditions can apply for product identification, and the CPCIA will help them market.

Application conditions:

1. Harmful solvent limit of products conforms to the standards in HG/T 4576-2013 Limit of Harmful Solvents in Pesticide EC.

2. Adjuvants used during product production conform to regulations stated in Ban and Restriction of Pesticide Adjuvants.

3. No major incidents in relation to quality, safety and environmental protection in the enterprise.

CPCIA will publish the product lists of environmentally-friendly EC products in the second and fourth quarters every year and market them to help enterprises improve their brand influence and product competitiveness.
