Univar announces intention agreement for exclusive Canadian distribution with Innophos Nutrition

(UNVR) ("Univar"), announced it has entered into an intention agreement with Innophos Nutrition for the distribution of bioactive mineral ingredients, unique enzyme formulations, premium botanical ingredients, and specialty blends exclusively for the Canadian market effective September 15 , 2016.
