AgroPages-Sipcam/Sumitomo Corp complete Australian deal-Agricultural news

Italian agrochemical company Sipcam and Japanese trading company Sumitomo Corporation have completed the deal concerning their Australian businesses. Sipcam Pacific Australia has taken over the operations of Sumitomo subsidiary Summit Agro Australia, while Sumitomo has acquired a 25% stake in Sipcam Pacific Australia.
