EAS acquires French CRO Phyliae

Contract research company Eurofins Agroscience Services recently announced the successful acquisition of French CRO Phyliae, based in Normandy.

Phyliae is a service company specialising in GEP experimentation and the management of research and development projects in the sector of plant protection. Established since 2008, Phyliae offers GEP biological tests for a wide range of crops and prides itself on exceptional project management skills.

This acquisition is an another exciting development in EAS Group’s strategic growth plan – Phyliae’s portfolio strengthens existing services whilst the location offers further coverage of France; one of Europe’s key agricultural producers.
