Monsanto launched Roundup ControlMax in Argentina![qrcode]()

Monsanto introduced Roundup ControlMax this week in the Argentina. According to the company, with a new granulated formulation, the new product "guarantees a greater control power with maximized safety on RR (Roundup Ready) crops and management simplicity".
The product is registered for the RR crops as well as for the use for the chemical fallow. Roundup ControlMax was developed as a new technology that combines the latest generation of surfactant with higher concentration of active ingredient, increasing its activity for effective and rapid control.
According to Monsanto, this new formulation promotes greater absorption rate and rapid diffusion of the active ingredient. This makes a faster arrival to the growth points and diminishes probability of being washed by rainfall that occurred within the first four to six hours after application.
The manufacturer notes that Roundup ControlMax also has "an excellent compatibility with other herbicides used to combat tolerant or resistant weeds or prevent their occurence. Besides, it shows a good performance in hard waters up to 200 ppm hardness. It is presented in 15kg biodegradable boxes making the management simplified and facilitating the containers elimination for a smaller environmental impact".
