Certis USA named Dennis Long as Product Manager, Eastern U.S.

The US biopesticide company Certis USA has recently named Dennis Long as Product Manager, Eastern U.S. to support the ongoing growth of the biopesticide market. He will use his 25 years of experience to lead programs that support growers and sales personnel from his office in Georgia.

Before joining Certis USA, Long worked with MANA as a marketing and demand leader in its southern region. During his tenure, he managed 150 research trials annually, organized grower demonstrations, developed university field days and trained new personnel, among other duties. He also worked as a technical brand manager and technical service manager for AgraQuest, Inc., served as an entomologist for FMC Corporation and lead technical services and regulatory affairs for UCB Chemicals Corporation, where he primarily worked with high-value fruit and row crop products.

Long was awarded a B.S. degree in biology from Georgia Southern University and an M.S. degree in Entomology from Louisiana State University.
