MBI Hires General Counsel

The US biopesticide company Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (MBI) has hired Linda V. Moore in the newly created general counsel position.

She previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Merix Corp., Phoenix Technologies and Jabil Circuit, in addition to being co-founder and principal of The Moore Group. Moore brings extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, securities regulations and compliance, corporate governance, labor relations and litigation management. She also has managed international tax, labor and facilities issues with expatriate and extended assignments in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

“Linda brings a very valuable set of skills to MBI. Her broad corporate experience in the critical issues facing a rapidly growing company such as ours is outstanding.
