AgroPages-US to approve Dow's plant incorporated protectant-Agricultural news

The US EPA has proposed to approve Dow AgroSciences’ plant incorporated protectant (PIP) product based on the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis proteins Cry1Ac and Cry1F as expressed in DAS-81419-2 soybean.The product is intended to control feeding damage to soybean plants from the larvae of lepidopteran insect pests. The public comments have been opened until Jan 29,2014.
