AgroPages-Rotam introduces new herbicide Oceal® dicamba in EU Market-Agricultural news

Rotam is adding a new offer to its line of maize herbicide already commercialized in the European markets. The firm has obtained the registrations of dicamba product in France, Italy and UK based on its proprietary data.

Oceal® is the new post emergence product composed of 700 g/kg of dicamba in a soluble granule (SG) formulation. The innovative concentrated formulation, free from toxicological classification, will propose an alternative solution for the 2013/14 campaign in the respective countries.

It will be recommended at 400 g/ha to control annual and perennial broadleaves weeds and could be mixed with various specialties to provide a completed post emergence solution. It will complement the existing nicosulfuron product ranges of ROTAM already marketed in the EU.
