CSI Report Included in the Public Docket for ESA Decision

A legal case in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California recently affirmed the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service's (APHIS) decision to deregulate Roundup Ready alfalfa under the Plant Protection Act (PPA).  The decision effectively rejected activist claims of violations of the PPA, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).  CSI scientists performed an endangered species risk assessment related to product use in supporting Monsanto and APHIS in this regard; CSI's report is included in the public docket for the case.
