Solemn Declaration Concerning on Combating Illegal Exports of Diclosulam Products

Jiangsu Agrochem Laboratory Co., Ltd. solemnly declares: We are the only legal manufacturer and exporter of Diclosulam technical and formulations in China, with the following registration certificates:

Diclosulam 84% WDG

Registration No.: PD20181606

According to Article 44 of the Pesticide Management Regulations issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, pesticides produced without obtaining a pesticide registration certificate are considered fake pesticides. Any Diclosulam products exported to Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia, which are not produced by Jiangsu Agrochem Laboratory Co., Ltd., will be considered illegal and deemed as fake pesticides.

Our company reserves the right to take further actions, including maintaining close communication with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, China Customs, and the Consulate General of the aforementioned countries. We are committed to severely cracking down on illegal exports and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of compliant enterprises.
